Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Yes, orders can be exchanged up to 30 days after being received. If you would like to exchange your order please email us at help@sosatisfying.co. You will be responsible for shipping the wrong size back to us, and then we will cover the shipping costs on your replacement.

You can return your order for a refund up to 30 days after you have received the product. Return shipping costs must be paid by the consumer and your refund will be issued once the product is received back into our warehouse.
