How long does shipping usually take?
Please allow 4-6 business days for fulfillment. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept customer remorse returns. Returns will only be accepted for product defects or other extenuating circumstances that are communicated within 15 days of purchase. If you would like to return your product, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily work with you on your issue.
Merch items (clothing/accessories/etc):
Unworn and unwashed items are eligible for a full refund and free return shipment within 30 days of order placement.
After 30 days and before 60 days of order placement, returned orders are eligible for store credit. After 60 days of order placement, items may not be returned or refunded.
